Bob's Fish Tacos
You can use any white fish that you can buy cheaply or, better still, that you can catch. This week, I made some amazing tacos with half a dozen garfish I caught in the bay.

As reported on 3Aw it's not always necessary to go to far to find great food and the best beer in the area. The Rushwort Hotel (Bottom Pub) has both.
