RUMOUR FILE CONFIRMED: Gold medal winning shooter Russell Mark has confirmed that he made a bet that if St. Kilda beat Carlton he would wear a mankini at the Opening Ceremony.
St. Kilda beat Carlton 122 to 98.
"I actually did make that statement. I still can't believe they (St Kilda) did it. Anyway a lot of people might think that a mankini might look better than the uniform they've nominated for us so I'm not sure it's such a bad thing" Russell joked on 3AW Breakfast.
