Rumour File follow-ups
3AW Breakfast follows the stories told every morning on The Rumour File.
RUMOUR FILE UPDATE: June 23 – VicRoads have confirmed that a man died of a heart attack about 12 months ago in a customer service centre. They say that staff did all they could. New processes have been put in place, but only to ensure privacy. This includes normal measures in this sort of situation such as the erection of privacy screens until an ambulance arrives.
Breakfast with Ross and John
Ross Stevenson and John Burns entertain listeners with their razor
sharp wit and oddball humour every morning. And every day the best
segments of their on-air - and sometimes off-air - program are
published on 3AW.com.au.

Okay so I have this theory, well at my school I find pens lying around everynow and then. On the tables or on the ground or whatever. Well I usually pick these pens up because you know, I could always use more pens and im always losing them so I need spares. The thing about these pens though is everyone I find always has some kind of advertisement on them. A phone number or the name of a buisness. My theory is that companies are subliminaly advertising at my school, they go around dropping pens with their ads on them, so students like me will pick them up and see the ads.
I've seen many of these pens, Hume Contracting and Saville Hotel Group are involved.A concerned Student Saturday 12 June, 2010 - 11:12 PM -

Rumour has it, that the swine flu pandemic has been made out to be worse than it really is, simply because the vaccines for this flu are due to expire at the end of the year! What better way to get rid of them than to make a mountain out of a molehill? The ordinary flu can be dangerous, especially for the young and elderly, but lets give it a name and send everyone into a panic!!

Rumour has it ........
Yesterday 25/05/2009.An MP approached a well know economic forcast company. The subject was 'the possible reformation of laws regarding negative gearing of residential property.
The MP had a copy of a "Deakin Law Review'.
http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/journals/DeakinLRev/2002/17.html.Apparently the MP, was very concerned about 'Rental Availability and Auctions' in their 'constituency'
as well as the changing political demographics, with 'First Home Buyers' being locked out of his local market.
Unproductive Assets and Government Revenue were also discussed.Lets see where this leads shall we ......

Hi there
This is not a rumour, but I am sure there is a rumour somewhere out there.
I have noticed recently that the Brand Power lady is not the original one - Sally Williams. What has happened there? There is a new girl that looks similar but not the same. There is no sub-title on the screen with what her name is. There has been nothing in the gossip magazines about Sally getting the sack or resigning Who knows what has happened? I think there is a story there that Sally Williams has been replaced by a look a like but I have not read anything.
What is the deal????
Here's hoping we hear the answer. I am sure there is a rumour somewhere about this.
Thanks
