  • I believe we should have a huge jail for burglaries and assaults. They have no right to steal my property that I worked long and hard to have, they have no right to intrude on my privacy, they have no right to victimise myself or my family, they have no right to make me live my life in fear of them breaking in, they have no right to assault and sexually assault my grandmother, she's a little old lady who has never done anyone any harm, she doesn't deserve this!!!!! For them to commit a break-in that means that it is pre-meditated, they have thought long and hard about this and deserve to be punished. I believe they should be jailed straight away until their court appearance, no bail, no leniency, they committed a crime, knew what they were doing so should be justly dealt with. They stay there with no privileges and are not allowed out until they have learnt how to behave in society, it they re-commit they are then sentenced to life because that means they will never learn. We have to be able to live in a safe society, we should be able to live safely in our homes, walk safely down our streets and travel safely on transport. A lesson has to be taught to up and coming juvenile offenders. I don't care if these idiots are druggies, they need to go to jail for as long as it takes for them to go through their withdrawal and hopefully when they come out they are off the drugs and are ready to start a new life. Just like the movie "A Clockwork Orange", they need to learn what it feels like to be scared in your own home.
