Hi Bob,
I've been getting extra organised this year and have already started making my Christmas puddings for family and friends. The recipe I use (my late grandmothers)
contains carrot I was wondering if you knew whether the carrot could effect how long it can be stored in the fridge? I'd hate it to go moldy. The longest one will be refrigerated for will be 5weeks.Or would you recommend freezing them? Thanks in advance for your advice.:)Jaime Wednesday 30 November, 2011 - 1:12 PM -
Hi Bob, you were talking the other day about not storing eggs in a fridge as it affects their nutritional value. Wondering where that information comes from as I cannot find it with google. Appreciate your time,

Hi Suzanne,
I have just seen your question. I have no idea where it has been hiding! I don'************************t think I can help you with chipotle and potatoes - I have not tried that. But I reckon you could make a brilliant potato salad with kipfler potatoes, boiled and then peeled, tossed with chipotle mayo made by stirring a couple of chopped chillies and a tbs of adobo sauce into about 6 tbs of Beas Foods mayo and 1tbs of sour cream. Give it a try and let me know. Otherwise, do what I do and use chipotle mayo on just about everything, but especially on chicken sangers!BOB HART Monday 1 August, 2011 - 11:35 PM -
Hello Bob,
I tuned into 3AW one Thursday afternoon and missed a receipt for potatoes including chipotle peppers. I have just been able to obtain some chipotles in adobo sauce but am stuck as to how to combine them with potatoes.I absolutely love your program but it never seems to be long enough.
It would be sensational if you were to have your own TV program.
Many thanks for the enjoyment that you give on your program.
Kind regards

Hi Bob,
You were doing your segment on Tom Elliot's show a couple of weeks ago and you were talking about the perfect pork belly recipe on the kettle Weber. I was working at the time and tried to remember the recipe but alas it has escaped me. I wish to make the pork belly this weekend for some guests so could you please send the recipe. Much appreciated, AlexAlex Krizanic Monday 21 March, 2011 - 7:18 PM
