Guilty plea over Gurshan Singh death
A housemate has pleaded guilty to the killing of toddler Gurshan Singh Channa.
The three-year-old's body was found near Melbourne airport in March.
Gursewak Dhillon has appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court this morning and pleaded guilty to a charge of manslaughter.
The toddler disappeared from the family home at Lalor on March 4 while his mother was in the shower.
Police allege Dhillon put the unconcious boy in the boot of his car and drove around for three hours before dumping him.
Gursan's body was found six hours later.
His parents have since returned to their home village in India.
