John Edward: Can he talk to the dead?
'Psychic' John Edward, who claims to be able to communicate with the dead, is in Australia to promote an upcoming Melbourne tour.
Listen to Neil Mitchell and TV critic Nicole Brady have their say on Edward and the psychic 'profession'.
Do you think there are genuine psychics out there?

I dont understand the ignorance of you people. It is peoples own choices if they wish to go & see him or not. I too am a medium & i dont make money out of my gift. If you care to check you well see that many psychics/mediums do help solve murders & have actually shown them exactly where the bodies are & who committed the murders. You can believe whatever you like but dont sit back with your smug arrogance & make crass comments about something you have never experienced. You disgust me with the way you sit there behind a microphones thinking that YOUR view is the ONLY view on things. Maybe you are too scared incase you are proven wrong & have to eat humble pie. Before you sit back & talk your s@&$ i suggest you do some homework on mediums solving murders etc & then tell us how wrong we are. I have been listening to 3AW lately but you have lost me now.

As I said in my readings above. I was not charged a cent. The woman who gave me the information on the cancer wanted nothing and does not do commercial readings. Also my partner who was told by Steve Murphy to stay at home that day was not charged a cent. Steve just mentioned it in conversation.

Every person is psychic/perceptive to some degree, it's just that some people are more advanced than others. At times we are all compelled to take certain actions or do things which we can't rationally explain. That's the psychic side of your brain. We all have that ability. Some call it a sixth sense... You can't intentionally profit from of it, and you can't 'switch' it on at will. It's just a thought process that occurs naturally.
