Justin Madden storms the front
An inquiry into the Windsor Hotel email scandal is in limbo after its author failed to appear and Victorian Planning Minister Justin Madden gatecrashed proceedings, demanding to be heard.
Mr Madden's former media adviser Peta Duke ignored a subpoena to appear and then Mr Madden himself stormed into the hearing
Two opposition MPs and Democratic Labor MP Peter Kavanagh walked out and proceedings were eventually abandoned.
Premier John Brumby says the inquiry is nothing more than an witchhunt and a political stunt by the opposition.
Dazed and confused 'Harry'
WANTED - YOUR SAY:
Justin Madden could be hauled before an Upper House committee after it
was revealed his staff proposed faking community consultation. Read
more and listen to Madden's bumbling chat with Neil 'John' Mitchell.

This whole sorry saga really shows that John Brumby has become so contemptuous of the Victorian people that he allows that fool Justin Madden to stay in his position. When obviously he couldn't run a chook raffle. He can't even string two words together, go back to some sort of role of role in football, if they will have you!!!

I looked around a corner and there in bed in front of the Windsor Hotel was Harry. Being so tall he could not lay straight in bed...and I wondered.......and then I wondered some more...and then...I pondered...just how long has he been unable to lie straight in bed.

When you have a witness ignoring a subpoena, a government Minister trying to circumvent a due legal Parliamentary process, and a Premier using terms such as 'witch hunt' & 'political stunt' to frustrate & ridicule a lawful Parliamentary inquiry, it's time for a Federal Government OR the Governor General to step in and take control of the situation. This STATE is beyond becoming a joke~! The credibility & accountability of Parliament is at stake here~!
