Lara Bingle 'has not' signed media deal
PLAYING NOW: Neil Mitchell has his latest say on the Fevola - Bingle affair.
REPORT (Georgina Robinson - SMH): Lara Bingle's agent has denied reports the model and WAG will be paid $200,000 to tell her side of the nude photo scandal.
Publicist Max Markson said Bingle had not signed any exclusive agreements with any magazines or television stations to tell the country how she reacted to the distribution of a nude photograph taken by AFL bad boy Brendan Fevola.
"There are no contracts at all," Mr Markson said, adding that he did not know where the rumours came from.

Bingle had hired a lawyer in her effort to sue the Brisbane Lions forward for breach of privacy, defamation and misuse of her image, Mr Markson said.
But she had not agreed to talk to Woman's Day or New Idea, as was reported last night in News Ltd publications.
Woman's Day published the photo in this week's issue.
It was taken in 2006 during a brief affair between Bingle and Fevola, and shows a then-teenaged Bingle topless with a distressed look on her face.
"Lara was 19 when the photo was taken," Mr Markson told The Age on Tuesday.
"It's evident from the photo it was taken without consent, without permission and totally without taste."
The photograph was allegedly snapped while Bingle was in the shower and was trying to cover her body with her hand.
Mr Markson said earlier in the week that Fevola had behaved "like a bully" and in taking legal action Bingle was striking a blow for women's rights.
"What she's doing is very brave. She's stood up for herself and she's standing up for women's rights," he said.
"Fevola is touted as a football hero. He's looked up to by young kids but he sends a dangerous message to our kids that this is acceptable, but it's not acceptable."
The AFL is reportedly investigating Fevola's conduct surrounding the issue.
He told officials the picture was taken on a pre-paid mobile phone that had since disappeared, News Ltd reported.

The AFL has refused to say what sanctions may be applied to Brendan
Fevola if it finds he acted inappropriately in the Lara Bingle nude
photo scandal. Neil Mitchell earlier revealed exclusively the AFL was
investigating Fevola.

Well alexas, if anyone wants to be moral about this then Fev's private life is his own concern not Neil Mitchell's. Fev didn't sell any pics of Ms Bingle to Womans Day and he hasn't signed up for $200,000 to tell his side of the story although I'm sure he's been offered as much.
Whether she knew he was married or not, no one forced Ms Bingle into an affair with him, but now she's crying all the way to the bank. I saw her flip the bird at the media. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. Despite the fast cars, luxury apartment and famous boyfriend she is at heart a bogan babe. So maybe she really does belong to someone like Fev.

It's more than that alexas. It's about Neil Mitchell's hate campaign against Fev. His sanctimonious carping is really starting to grate. About time that guy pulled his head in and let Fev do what he does best - play footy.

Therein lies the problem Alexas - you would be willing to have your photo taken while in the shower and happy to have it splashed around, in return for 200 grand. As long as you're calling the shots!
I don't think that was the case with Lara - she looks like she is telling him to take a hike.
