Staff at 3AW have begun to suggest Neil Mitchell will start looking like 'The Dude' from cult classic, The Big Lebowski, if he keeps growing his hair and beard.

Hi Neil,you still look OK to me,and listen or watch you every day on my laptop. I'm a lot older than you, and trying to recover my thinning hair and looks. Hope your back is OK again, I also have had heaps of back problems,not being able to get out of bed, then dropping to the floor. You try to help so many people, you are great. Regards from John.
