3AW Mornings host Neil Mitchell is taking his program on the road this week.

Mitchell will broadcast from various locations in regional Victoria with the aim to give the people in those areas to have a voice, sometimes ignored by mainstream media.

Monday: Albury

Tuesday: Echuca

Wednesday: Bendigo

Thursday: Horsham

Friday: Warrnambool

  • forget set top boxs forget carbon taxes stuff sending money overseas for aid and all the other hand outs just get up to country victoria and help the flooded towns people some living in tents,garages and who knows what else and the roads are rooted in these towns also . bloody city and pollies

  • Those lawyers in Cohuna and Echuca may be offering a "no fee service" but before you sign up ascertain what "costs" and "expenses" are involved in handling the case as these can build up at an alarming rate, but are not always mentioned .

  • The Recovery Officer at Horsham said people are entitled t grants....all grants are means tested.
    This is why people who are working and haven't been paid out by their insurance companies are finding it so difficult to repair their homes.
    Even the flood appeal money is means tested as well,so again the employed will probably miss out.
    Mortgage payments still have to be met rates utilities etc still have to be paid.
    What bank in their right mind would lend you money as any equity you may have had in your home is devalued.
