This has nothing to do with someone being complacent but KPIs.
This company is under an illusion that we deliver fruit and vegies , the management who sit in their ivory tower have absolutely no idea what CIT is all about, they force staff to run and take short cuts and break security protocol , one day an employee will be seriously hurt perhaps even killed through negligence and the person responsible for the negligence shall be the management of Armaguard / Linfox, and the time will come when the company is sued for every penny they have , good luck Lindsey.Stephanie Friday 3 September, 2010 - 10:16 PM -
