Porn sites 'only for work purposes'

Posted by: 3AW Radio | 2 September, 2010 - 1:36 PM

Controversial NSW MP Fred Nile says one of his staff accessed pornographic material on Parliamentary computers but only as part of research into the sex industry.

Reverend Nile has produced records he says proves no pornographic movies have been watched on the three taxpayer-funded computers in his office.

An audit showed as many as 200,000 suspect "hits" have been recorded against computers attached to the Christian Democrat MP's office.

Reverend Nile says one of his male staff has been accessing adult sites  but only for work purposes.

Blog comments Your Say

  • Some of these comments are purely ignorant. when someone is fighting depraved morality in all its forms as rev nile is its not unreasonable or outside the realm of possibility that in order to fight it, one has to expose it and that means personal research you clowns!
if any of you decided to search the net and try to find examples of bestiality and I mean alot so you can build a case to take to the government or police would you be accused of being suspicious? good grief you people are stupid.

  • Why would any "male staff be accessing adult sites for work purposes"? Is this study part of the Christian Democrat's agenda? Surely one does not have to go to a porn site to know what it is? "Research" on the sex industry sounds like a euphemism for accessing it for personal pleasure!
