Sir Roger Moore on 3AW

Posted by: 3AW Afternoons | 25 November, 2008 - 1:28 PM

Sir Roger Moore, best known for his role as James Bond, came to 3AW Afternoons to share a frank chat about his life and career with Denis Walter.

Sir Roger admitted he is a fan of Daniel Craig as James Bond and revealed to Denis the reason he was circumcised at eight years of age was 'probably to stop the rest of the men being jealous'. It also emerged why Michael Caine calls him the 'big knit'.

Which is your favourite James Bond film with Sir Roger Moore?

  • My favourite Roger Moore film ... all really, but I would say "THE SPY WHO LOVED ME" & "MOONRAKER" rate as my best. Because of the humour and you could see the "fun" Roger puts into his lines. I was lucky to be at Crown yesterday and to have my book signed! I wish I could have "thanked" him properly, but there were so many people. I did leave a gift for him, which I hope he received. Is there a postal address to write to him?
