...and it's Howard's fault that they spent 10 years and a major part of that mining boom paying back Labor's LAST debt of $96billion dollars with $8b interest each year is it?....Howards fault they thought ahead and squirreled away $50b for the Future Fund? Get a grip. Anyone who defends this mob of inherent Labor incompetents needs a reality and a fact check.
It ( budget) must be pretty bad for Swan to get in first with this blame deflection.
"The buck stops with me" K-Rudd 2007..pfft.obviously yet another Ruddy lie.
The GFC is the greatest 'get out of jail free' card for KRuddco....and now they have squandered and put us into incomprehensible debt to the tune of $200b + they try to lay blame on the previous Coalition government nearly 2 years ago AS WELL!!!
Costello warned of a pending global financial tsunami...pity KRuddco scoffed at the time and had no clue killing our economy with bogus 'inflation genie' scaremongering instead. Unbelieveable. They are totally incompetent, totally irresponsible and totally beyond belief.
Thankfully people are waking up.Jane Monday 11 May, 2009 - 1:53 PM -
Mr Swan was desperate to get into the Treasurer position.
It must have been such an issue that he has forgotten to raise this before.
If we translate what he is saying then we may hear him say, please ask yourself am I incompetent or over my head, I never want to be accountable for my decisions would you please ask Kev to replace me with somebody else.Paddywhack Monday 11 May, 2009 - 11:56 AM
