Tempura recipe
Ingredients
2 cups Corn flour
2 cups Rice flour
2 cups Iced water
1 egg
Method
Combine corn flour and rice flour
Slowly stir in water until smooth
Fold in egg
Rest in refrigerator for 1 hour
Remove from refrigerator – add a couple of ice cubes, and use as needed.
