Tom Elliott has revealed he has suspicions over the community health hub announced yesterday, saying it’s an injecting room in “all but name”.

He says what the Allan’s government has done is politically clever.

“It will end up being like the injecting facility in North Richmond, except there will not be a specific room to sit in and inject heroin,” he said.
