'OBITUARY': One day Wendy Peirce will die and Australia will be a cleaner place because of it. A bit of stain remover and we’ll all move on. I know that is a savage thing to say about a human being –especially when I am confronting my own mortality right now.

But I have long said that ‘all history owes the dead is the truth’ and in the case of this gangster’s moll I’m just going on record a little early.

This is the woman who admits her husband, Victor Peirce, and her in-laws, the Allen-Pettingill Richmond drug and murder gang, often killed people ‘on a whim’.

This is the woman who admitted watching her husband and Dennis Allen chop up a victim with a chainsaw.

This is the woman who says ‘I have seen bodies and I have known people who have been killed. I treated it all like a bit of a joke. I find it hysterical.’

This is the woman who lied to provide her cop-killer husband with an alibi for the night of the Walsh Street murders. She claimed Victor Peirce had spent the night with her in a Tullamarine motel when he was really out setting up the slaughter of two young policemen, Steven Tynan and Damien Eyre.

For a while this conniving bitch went into a witness protection program that cost the taxpayers about two million dollars  and she was provided with all sorts of dubious luxuries before reneging and saying it was all part of the game.

Her double-dealing scuttled the prosecution case and the killers of two young coppers walked free.

As I said on Twitter today: Wendy Peirce is a despicable gangster’s moll who should have been tried for perjury and obstructing justice.

This is the woman who now says she won’t give evidence if subpoenaed to an inquest into the 1988 executions of Tynan and Eyre. She says ‘I want to be left in peace’.

One of the other cop killers, who walked free because of Peirce’s trial double cross, had a confrontation with NSW Police last year. Peter McIvoy gloated: ‘The sweetest thing I ever heard was the Police officer’s last words when he was dying...’

In a Herald Sun front page story today, in which there are no tough or challenging questions, Peirce has the unmitigated gall to say: ‘I know what it is like to lose a child. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy’.

I guess she feel the parents of those young coppers don’t count.

[Her drug-addicted daughter died from pneumonia just over a year ago at 24 – about the same age as Tynan and Eyre who were murdered by her husband.]

Peirce was in jail around the time of her daughter’s death. She had been charged and sentenced to jail for threatening a witness before the trial of one of her husband’s killers.

A police summary tendered to the court alleged Peirce sent a threatening e-mail to a witness and a former girlfriend of her husband just a month before the committal hearing.

‘You f---ing maggot. When I get my hands on you, you f---ed-up f---in’ home wrecker, I'll blow your f---in’ head off, dog, trust me.

‘Don't underestimate me cause I will find you, and when I do it will be worth doing jail over, u maggot of a thing, Wendy Peirce.

P.S. and don't think for one moment that I haven't forgotten you and will hunt you down like a mangy maggot that u are that's not a threat that's a promise, Wendy Peirce.’

What a charming piece of humanity.

And what angers me perhaps even more through all this is the way the Wendy Peirces and Judy Morans and Roberta Williams - parasites of this world - have exploited the system.

They have spent their sordid, bloody, lives living off ill-gotten gains. Getting victims of crime compensation and making money from their notoriety through eager but unprincipled TV current affairs programs and FM radio stunts.

Peirce, that hypocritical, insensitive, self-centred, perjurer and slag, and her family, collected more than $150,000 over the death of her cop-killing husband Victor. Go figure.

That other gangster’s moll, Judy Moran, applied for compensation from the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal for compensation over the death of gangster Lewis Moran. She got it. Even though she and her erstwhile husband Moran were estranged at the time of his death. Even though his girlfriend also reportedly got $20,000. Judy Moran also got thousands of dollars compo for the death of those murdering, drug-dealing, sons of hers Mark and Jason. All up she received around $70,000.  Of your money.

[Judy Moran is currently in jail facing murder charges over the death of Lewis’s brother Des ‘Tuppence’ Moran in 2009. So far she has apparently not sought any compo over that death. The way our system works she’d probably get it.]

Several years ago Wendy Peirce called my Drive program after I had savaged her in an editorial demanding right of reply. It was bizarre radio.

She accused me of destroying her reputation. I said: ‘You have no reputation to destroy’. She said: ‘What about my children?’ I said: ‘People like you shouldn’t have children’.

Her final riposte was something like: ‘If I saw you on the street I wouldn’t spit on you.’

My reply: ‘I wouldn’t piss on you if your teeth were on fire’.

I wouldn’t talk to a lady like that. But Wendy Peirce is no lady. In my book she is barely human. I hope I don’t have to write about this piece of flotsam again.

Take this as an early obituary.

BELOW: The father of one of the victims, in a very classy interview, urges 'gangster's moll' Wendy Peirce to put the Walksh Street police murder case to be so his family can have closure.

to me you are an honest, decent, courageous and caring human being - you should not go to jail for trying to protect us from the monsters of this world.
How dare they send you to jail, when scum like Pierce, Moran, Williams, sit back and laugh at the system that is supposedly there to protect the innocent. At least Moran is on her way to where she belongs. Wish you well. Adele 11 March

  • Derryn you should be given the bravery award not a sentence, doing what you have done at the risk of giving up so much of your own life has potentially saved many many children from the hands of those sewer rats. As a parent I thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing the job our legal system is suppost to do.

  • A real Journo who says it like it as it should be said.

I agree with others, Peirce, Roberta and co. deserve the choice of words Hinchy makes as the courts let us down time and time again, with theirs.

They are all criminals and the likes of Herald Sun, put them on a pedestal constantly.

  • I am glad that we have people like Derryn saying how it should be said.. Both of these women Judy Moran and Wendy Pierce are nothing but a wastes of oxygen... I know it's not a good thing to say but these women are dangerous individuals... Thankfully one is behind bars but we have another who has the potential to be equally as dangerous. I was quite disturbed with her phone call to Derryn stating that she was looking forward to seeing him that evening at a book signing... Very threatening.. I myself would have been concerned. Keep at it Derryn. I know you receive alot of ANTI comments but it's the majority who support you. Please keep well and I know you will get though this time of uncertainty regarding your health... I am sure that you will have many, MANY good years ahead of you... Keep positive and keep delivering excellent talk back radio.
