  • I am seeking assistance in obtaining 2 recipes! The first one was mentioned on your programme one day last week - 10th March - 16th March 2014 - Zucchini Fritters. The second is for a recipe similar to my father's one for Beetroot Jelly. It was done in the style similar to a meat terrine and was using fresh, cooked, peeled, rough diced beetroot and used with either Aspic or Gelatine and vinegar! It was beautiful and goes well with most cold meat salads in summer.

  • Hi Bob,
    Can't find recipe for "Huey's best Fish & Chips" on 3AW website(given on Thursday 2/1/2014. Can you please supply it or have it made available on 3AW site.
