Boat fire pair badly burned
Two people have been badly burned after a boat fire at Lake Eildon.
A man and a woman, both aged in their 50s, have been airlfited to The Alfred Hospital after the house-boat they were in burst into flames.
The incident happen just after 10am on Friday morning.
It's thought the boat may have been refueling at the time.
Both are said to have severe burns to their face, neck and and arms and the woman's condition is so serious she's been placed in an induced coma.
Man dies after Hoddle Street crash
A man has died in hospital after crashing into a pole at Abbotsford on Thursday while he was trying to evade a breath test. The man did a u-turn in front of random breath-testing site on High Street, Westgarth, and sped off, before the collision.
