Man charged over killer bushfire granted bail
The 75-year-old man charged with lighting a massive bushfire at Aberfeldy that killed one man and destroyed at least 21 homes has been granted bail.
Grahame Ernest Code must surrender his passport, refrain from contacting case witnesses and live at an alternative address due to safety concerns.
He is charged with five offences including recklessly causing a bushfire.
Code is due to reappear at the Latrobe Valley Magistrates Court for a committal hearing in May.

Wow we took his passport of him.
How about taking matches and lighters away from him instead.
Arson should be an automatic 20 years, no bail, no excuses.
