Qantas CEO reassures customers
One of the three unions involved in a long-running industrial dispute with Qantas says it's not scared of arbitration.
Fair Work Australia will settle differences between the airline and its workers after talks broke down.
Transport Workers Union official Mick Pieri doubts whether Qantas management wanted an outcome from the forced negotiations.
Mr Pieri says arbitration will bring out the way Qantas wants to change the whole enterprise bargaining process.
