On 3AW Breakfast, Ross and John were tipped off that a Dannon Yoghurt Superbowl ad stole a music track almost identical to the song Zebra by the Australian jam band John Butler Trio.

A 3AW Breakfast listener picked the tune immediately, and entertainment lawyer Darren Sanicki told listeners John Butler has a very strong case as Dannon would need to prove it had never heard the track before making the ad.

Listen to his interview with Ross and John below.

Also, Remy Neymarc, who made the now-controversial Superbowl ad with his brother, spoke to 3AW entertainment reporter Donna Demaio.

He told her that the yoghurt company is looking into the matter and he is unable to "talk about it".

However, he did acknowledge that there are "issues to be resolved".

The company behind the ad then posted the below message on its Facebook page at 12:30pm on Tuesday.
