Two people have been confirmed dead at Maryborough airstrip in Central Victoria.
The deaths occurred when the light aircraft, a Tiger Moth, apparently crashed after clipping a tree upon take-off.
Witnesses reported seeing a 'ball of flames' immediately after the crash.
Ambulance Victoria's John Mullen confirmed the tiger moth was attempting to take-off at Maryborough Airport.
