The Seekers celebrate 50 years together
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of iconic Australian band The Seekers, all four band members Judith Durham, Athol Guy, Keith Potger and Bruce Woodley joined Denis Walter in studio.
With millions and millions of albums sold around the world, the group already has a lot to brag about. But upon reaching a half century, they now have even more.
”As far as we can tell we are the only band from that era still working and recording and performing with the original line up,” Keith Potger told Denis Walter.
”We think it is the only band from that era who are chart-topping (and) who are still alive,” Judith Durham added.
”Whether or not we still perform almost is incidental.”
