3AW's tribute to Ernie Sigley
Afternoons host Ernie Sigley has called it a day as full-time host of 3AW Afternoons, with Denis Walter filling his shoes from next Monday.
Enjoy a special video tribute to Ernie, with comments from all your favourite 3AW hosts and some special guests.
The Footscray-born entertainer with the infectious laugh made the decision leave the Afternoons program after a recent two-week holiday during which he celebrated his 70th birthday 'with a small night out (wink)'.
For his many avid listeners, the good news is that Ernie will stay with 3AW in a part-time role.
Leave your tribute to Ernie below and we will compile them all and present them to him during his final Afternoons shift as full-time host.
