Tip – prune the vine for balance, that is keep the spurs even to 2 or 3 buds, approximately 10cm long.

Just ask Jane
Killing oxalis – I don’t recommend using Aeroguard, it will do more harm than good. An old fashioned method is to Feed with a Sulphate of Ammonia fertilizer and or sulphate of iron, don’t water it in and it should burn the plant off

Tamarillo  or tree tomato are bearing fruit on a shrub/tree 3-4 metres high, prolific bearing now, can be eaten ripe from the tree (not the red skin) or made into relish or jam.
