World Corporate Golf Challenge

BRW and Radio 3AW is giving you a chance to tee off in this year's BRW World Corporate Golf Challenge with Tony Shaw and Dean Jones.
The World Corporate Golf Challenge the world’s largest and longest established inter-companies golf event. It began in the United Kingdom in 1993 in association with The Times newspaper, with the inaugural World event taking place in 1997 with seven countries, growing to 19 countries in 2006. In 2009, 24 countries competed in the global series. The World Corporate Golf Challenge is an international network of amateur national golf competitions where the winning teams from local qualifiers compete in national finals, and then progress to the all-expenses paid World Corporate Golf Challenge World Final, representing not only their company but also their country.
In 2010, the World Corporate Golf Challenge World Final is played in South Africa at two spectacular courses: the fabulous Ernie Els designed Oubaai Golf Course and the Gary Player designed Fancourt Golf Course, both situated in the lush countryside of George, on South Africa’s renowned Garden Route (Southern Cape). The WCGC World Final will be played between 3rd – 8th May 2010.
In Australia, the BRW World Corporate Golf Challenge features 10 state final events between 16th March and 8th April, culminating in the Australasian Final 16th-18th April. The winners and runners-up from this Australasian Final will be whisked away to the all-expenses paid World Final in May, playing an international tournament representing their company - and Australia. An added bonus for these teams is that they will be escorted to the WCGC World Final by Australasian PGA Tour Professional and Australasian WCGC Series Ambassador, Rodger Davis. Rodger will act as mentor and coach to the team preparing them for a podium finish!”
