- Buxom lass - and proudly so - Krystal Forscutt appears in an upcoming episode of Channel Seven's ratings success Packed to the Rafters (October 21st). Wonder what fans of the family-based drama will think of the former Big Brother contestant and Zoo Weekly regular? The show rates an average 1.9 million viewers nationally each week.

- Cricket legend Shane Warne, battling a run of bad luck, takes on the likes of Glenn Robbins and Nathan Buckley at a charity poker match coming up on October 27th at Crown.

- Who's the new kid on the block for the  Millionaires row at Flemington's Birdcage. High-profile corporates such as Jamie Packer's Ellerston Capital and Moet and Chandon have pulled out of the Birdcage. Melbourne events queen Corina Baldwin is hosting a brand new party  marquee called the Village Green. Will she be able to match it with the big guns?

- Bad news for 007 fans. Daniel Craig will not be visiting Melbourne during a promo trip to Australia for his latest Bond film Quantum of Solace … He's only going to Sydney at this stage.
