Chopping Block chef Matt Moran flew into Melbourne for a cooking demonstration at the new Gourmet Food plaza at Chadstone Shopping Centre. He revealed that he just can't find the right location for a restaurant in our town, so instead  is opening a new eatery in Brisbane.
