Adelaide chairman Rob Chapman spoke to 3AW before the game.

He said there need to be more rules around clubs approaching players during the season.

“I think it’s a bit disrespectful,” he said.

“I’d hate for other clubs to be talking about our players publicly.”

Chapman said the current state of play is “unhealthy”.

The Hawks were embarrassed in the City of Churches just three weeks ago.

Tonight, they have the chance to redeem themselves against the ladder leaders.

With premiership stars Grant Birchall, Luke Hodge, Luke Breust, and Ryan Schoenmakers strengthening the line-up, the Hawks won’t be lying down on Thursday night.
