Fremantle defender Tommy Sheridan says he's excited to play alongside Cameron McCarthy this year.
The former GWS forward hasn't played since 2015, sitting out last season to deal with personal issues.
He was then traded to Fremantle.
"He's looking really well, the big fella," Sheridan told 3AW.
"He's running well and taken a few big clunks at training already."
Sheridan said premiership Bulldog Joel Hamling tried to impress his new Docker teammates with his medal - but fellow recruit Brad Hill brought him down a peg.
"Brad brought in three to keep him quiet!"
