Small business is the backbone of the economy, but it often gets overlooked by government.

In a six-part series, Tom Elliott will quiz successful small business operators to see what people can learn from those who have been there and done that.

This Tuesday, Tom spoke to ?Emma Welsh and Tom Griffith, owners of Emma and Tom’s Juice.

Mr Griffith said being a partnership has helped them weather the storm.

‘You can fight the fights together,’ he said. 

‘It comes down to three main factors: shared trust, respect, and vision.’

He said it’s important to consider where customers are looking before choosing where to advertise.
