Of course he's right. Too many people have their heads in the sand about the consequences of letting anyone of any culture or religion into Australia, unchecked and without strict conditions. I think most people must think that they just arrive and become True Blue Aussies instantly and that rules and processes are unnecessary. Pigs might fly! We've been through all this before with the Italians, Greeks, Vietnamese and it took ages to re-settle them. But we still haven't learnt. The difference is, these days, the policies and rules about getting into Australia are so SLACK that we are just getting what and who we deserve for being so slack in the first place. More fool us. Apart from all that, here is a bloke just saying what he thinks and already the PC police are onto him! Strike a light, is this really Australia?

Angry is right on the money! I remember growing up and if you had to fight you did so with your fists and fists only. It was always just one on one and if anyone else got involved they would be told forced to stay out of it. There was no kicking a person when they were down. The fight would end with either one of the combatants acknowledging defeat. The Police with their softly softly approach is part to blame for the lack of respect and the increase in the use of knives. The Police Force commenced to go down hill after Mick Miller left. The government commenced to appoint academics rather than experienced policepersons! How can the position of the Chief Commissioner of Police be independent when it is a Government appointed position!!!!! Just like this auditor whom is going to be appointed to have a look at Mr. Maddern's mess, what a lot of crap!!!!!!! The government must believe that they are dealing with stupid people. As if this government appointed Auditor is going to outright criticisde his/her boss (the government) if he/she did they would not get another job! Wake up Victoria/Australia thye governments are treating us like fools! Imagine if there was a decent opposition they would win hands down at the next election!

Damn right he is right on the money. Only reason people have not said it before is because they are scared of the racist card being thrown in there face, but everyone knows the truth and if they say otherwise they are in a fantasy world.
Of course now more people these day's carry knifes to even the playing field with others with knifes, People think it's a tuff thing to have a knife because they strike fear into people alot more easy then with their fists.

right on angry, growing up in the 70-80s you fought with your fists and if you lost you walked you didn't go looking for revenge but todays youth have no morals or pride what's a life worth. I am an australian with greek heritage does that make me a rascist or is it that some nationalities haven't accepted that they two are Australians especially if you were born here or is it that multiculturism has divide this country beyond repair.
I ask all Australians of all ethnic backgrouds whether you were born here or not a simple question would you serve your country just like our soilders past and present if your answer in no you should not call Australia home.

Angry has said what we (Australians) are all feeling. This is our country, not the foreigners and I'm not saying they're not welcome - they are; but ... ONLY if they play by our rules. NO we will not change our laws to suit you, NO we will not change our religion because it insults yours; NO we will not give up Christmas traditions; This is our land and they have no right to come here expecting to bring their traditions with them. Live as an Australian or go back to where you came from

Hopefully more prominent australians will come forward
and finally rip this politically correct noose from our necks.
