Tips for Preventing Osteoporosis


1: Eat calcium rich foods such as plenty of raw nuts, seeds, tahini, figs, dates, dark green vegetables

2: Avoid the 'bone calcium thieves' like smoking, excessive alcohol, caffeine, stress and too much sitting

3: Participate in regular weight bearing exercise 3-4 times and week

4: Have chiropractic care to make sure all your joints are aligned and weight bearing evenly.
