Attorney General Sonya Kilkenny joined 3AW Drive and provided an update on the next stage of bail reforms which are set to be implemented in the March next year.

“This builds on the changes that we brought in back in March, changes that we know are already working,” Kilkenny said on 3AW Drive.

“It will introduce the toughest bail test in Australia.”

“It’s not limited to younger offenders, this extends to adult offenders as well.”
