12-year-old Lachlan awarded for his life-saving Triple Zero call
Lachlan Grundy saved a man’s life last year.
Lachlan was just 11 when he spotted a man who had crashed his bike. He called Triple Zero, helping save the man’s life.
He’s been recognised with a Junior Triple Zero Hero award.
Lachlan told Nick McCallum he’s not sure how he kept his cool under pressure.
“I was actually quite stressed, but I tried to keep calm,” he said.
