13-year-old girl robbed of her shoes by teens armed with a razorblade

A 13-year-old girl has had her shoes stolen by teens wielding a razor blade.

Police say a couple of older girls confronted the victim and her friends at Homesglen at around 8.30pm Monday night.

The victim handed her phone to her friends who managed to flee.

The offenders instead demanded she hand over her shoes, one of them was later found dumped. 

The victim escaped with a minor injury to her hand.

Police are investigating.
