13cabs plagued with second technical issue in 24 hours

Taxi company 13cabs has experienced a second outage in 24 hours.

A spokesperson said its dispatch system had gone down on Tuesday morning, following earlier issues on Monday.

Peter – who is a taxi driver – alerted 3AW Mornings to the issue.

“I’d like to apologise to our customers who can’t get through (to book a cab),” he told Tom Elliott.
