16-year-old boy charged following two alleged attempted carjackings
A 16-year-old boy has been charged over two alleged carjacking attempts at Clyde North.
In the first attack, the boy allegedly ordered a man out of his car on Viewbright Road, before demanding his keys.
When the 29-year-old driver refused he was attacked.
The boy then fled.
Another man was later allegedly attacked in nearby Como Parade.
The boy was arrested on Thursday night and remanded to appear at a Children’s Court at a later date.
Both victims received minor injuries.
