3AW Drive listener has Australian citizenship reinstated after bizarre mix-up

A 3AW Drive listener who was left stunned after finding out she wasn’t legally an Australian citizen has had her issue resolved after sharing her story with Tom Elliott.

Jane went to apply for a passport recently but was told her citizenship had lapsed when she was six.

She has no idea why!
