Buying a house with a partner or friend is risky business, so what’s the safest way buy a house with if you’re single?  

3AW’s Finance Guru Scott Haywood says banks love those with two incomes, but there’s risks no matter where you look. 

Buying a house with a girlfriend or boyfriend isn’t always a good idea, who knows where your relationship will end up.

While it may seem safer buying with a family member, that family member may go off and get married, then if that marriage fails … your house could be on the table.
