3AW flooded with emails complaining about an automated political phone message

3AW has been flooded with emails complaining about an automated political phone message going around.

The message is read by a woman identifying herself as ‘Helen’, calling on behalf of the ACTU.

Helen says she’s ‘incredibly worried’ about the deal between the Liberal Party and the Greens to reform Senate voting, and encourages similarly concerned people to contact Greens leader Richard Di Natale.

One listener, Paul Fox, told Neil Mitchell he was ‘annoyed’ by the message.

‘It could sway some people if they start thinking about the propaganda they’re pushing,’ he said.
