Mr Brady has been a much-loved presence on the 3AW airwaves for decades, most recently co-hosting Remember When alongside Simon Owens each Sunday night.

“I’m very sad to be leaving (the program),” he said on 3AW.
“But it’s time to move on and give the younger guys a go. I love each and every one of you and I treasure our friendship, but it’s time to move on for the younger guys.”
Entertainment reporter Peter Ford then weighed in on the news, and clarified the circumstances surrounding Brady’s retirement.
“He’s got so much love and respect for the audience … a gentleman of the industry,” Ford said on 3AW Breakfast.
