3AW Mornings listener annoyed by fine for resting his arm out of car window

A 3AW Mornings listener isn’t happy about a fine he got while driving last night.

Caller Anthony said he was pulled over by police for resting his arm out of the car window.

He said he was issued a fine of $155.

‘I got pulled over and told it was against the law and I was told I could lose an arm if a tram passes by, or I could have knocked a motorcyclist off their motorbike,’ he said.
