$70,000 gold bullion stolen from Ballarat home

More than $70,000 worth of gold has been stolen from a Ballarat home.

The gold bullion was taken last Wednesday morning after offenders forced open a window at a Webster Street residence.

As well as the 1kg bar of gold bullion, a quantity of cash, an iPad and laptop were also stolen. 

Police want to speak to the occupants of a gold four-wheel drive that was seen in the area at the time of the burglary.
