Kangaroos mowed down in brutal fashion at Loch Sport
About a dozen kangaroos have been brutally mowed down in a shocking case of animal cruelty in Gippsland.
The disturbing incident happened at Loch Sport at the weekend.
A 4WD was spotted running over the roos in horrific fashion.
Many of the animals died on impact, but several others had to be euthanised due to their injuries.
Joeys have also since died due to their mothers being killed in the attack.
The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning is investigating.
Those responsible face time in jail.
