How Australia’s COVID-19 response helped Queensland’s Olympic bid

Australia’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic undoubtedly played a part in Brisbane being chosen as the preferred city to host the 2032 Olympic Games, according to the CEO of the Australian Olympic committee.

“It’s a great compliment for the whole country,” Matt Carroll told Sportsday.
