The leader of the Reason Party says pandemic-specific legislation may need to be introduced in Victoria to ensure public health measures can remain in place in future.

Fiona Patten told Tom Elliott a continual “state of emergency” wasn’t sustainable.

“Certainly we can’t continue that way,” Ms Patten said.
