Why ‘pawternity’ leave is catching on (and unlikely to go away)

More and more workplaces are offering employees paid “pawternity” leave to bond with their pets.

“It seems a bit excessive, doesn’t it, but it is a thing,” Tammy Tansley, Workplace Culture & Leadership Expert, told Tom Elliott.

“And it’s been a thing for a couple of years now, and it doesn’t look like it’s going away.”
